2014 has been a year of ups and downs for the Oldies and I. It finishes with me having to be Nurse Bart and look after things while Mum slowly recovers from a ruptured disc in her back and Dad is going through hormone treatment to get his prostate shrunk to a size that is safe to zap with radiation. Next year must surely be better. Anyhow, we are all set to relax and enjoy the Christmas-New Year break. I wish all my readers all the best for the holiday season, and hope Santa is kind to you all.
